Capture in minutes, not evenings

The Transactions grid is built for a stack of slips: ten blank rows at a time, autosave so nothing is lost when you step away, and a CSV import that reads the statement your bank already gives you.

  • Import bank statement CSVs and categorise them in one pass
  • Split one deposit across several customers or categories
  • Flag VAT on any line — the reports do the sums
  • Drafts autosave, so you can pick up where you left off

Cost centres, if you want them

Every business starts with one General cost centre. Add more only if you want to see a branch, project or department on its own — most never need to.

Your accountant, invited

Give your outside accountant a free read-only login with an end date. They see everything, change nothing, and can download what they need at year-end.

Invoices that look like your business

Raise a tax invoice from a transaction or from scratch, with your logo, VAT number, line items and standard terms. Print it, or email it straight to the customer with one click.

  • Sequential invoice numbers you control
  • Multi-line invoices with per-line VAT
  • Payment receipts, issued singly or in bulk
  • Customer statements with opening balances and ageing

Everything a small business needs to stay on top of the money

No modules to buy, no add-ons. Every plan includes the whole product.

Bank reconciliation that shows the difference

Load your opening balance, tick statement lines against captured transactions, and watch the Difference figure go to zero. Unmatched lines can be captured right there without leaving the screen.

Reports

Income & expense statements by period and cost centre, category breakdowns, and CSV exports for your accountant.

Customer statements

Run statements for one customer or all of them, with invoices, payments and the balance owing — emailed or printed.

Payment receipts

Every payment received can be receipted and emailed, and allocated against the invoice it settles.

Cost centres & categories

Sensible income and expense categories out of the box, and cost centres for when one set of books covers more than one operation.

Roles that fit a real office

Owner, company admin, bookkeeper and a read-only accountant — each sees exactly what their job needs.

Secure by default

Emailed login codes, encrypted banking details, an audit trail of every change, and alerts when something looks wrong.

I-Church by InfiNET

The InfiNET group's church administration platform, where the accounting engine behind I-Transact was born and proven.

Who is behind I-Transact?

I-Transact is a product of the InfiNET group of companies — InfiNET Services Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a Durban-based managed IT services, web development and hosting company serving businesses across KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.

That matters for your books: the people who wrote the software also run the servers it lives on, keep your data in South Africa, and answer the WhatsApp when you need help. The same team built and runs I-Church, the church administration platform whose accounting module grew into I-Transact.

  • InfiNET Services Solutions (Pty) Ltd — the holding company: managed IT, networking, web development and hosting since the start.
  • I-Church — church administration, membership and accounting for South African churches.
  • i-Sourced — an I Group company of InfiNET — sourcing and procurement for South African businesses.
  • i-Gate Ledger — an I Group company of InfiNET — gate and estate access ledgers for South African communities.
  • I-Transact — accounting today, payroll next — for every other South African small business.
